I’m an instructional designer who genuinely loves making learning feel clear, calm, and easy to navigate. I’m naturally drawn to simplifying complex information and shaping it into experiences that feel intuitive and supportive.
What I'm great at
Creating learning experiences that feel intuitive and easy to follow.
Designing clear, visually organized learning experiences.
Creating smooth content flow that reduces cognitive load.
Maintaining consistency in tone, visuals, and structure.
Keeping learners’ needs at the center of every decision.
Bringing warmth, patience, and clarity to the design process.
My Approach
I bring a thoughtful, collaborative approach to every project. I ask the right questions, listen closely, and translate ideas into organized, learner‑centered solutions. Whether I’m refining narration, tightening layouts, or shaping SME content into clean storyboards, I focus on creating materials that are polished, purposeful, and genuinely helpful.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief, when information is clear and well‑designed, learners feel confident. And confident learners succeed.

Applied Instructional Design Credential
This badge is the culmination of a 9-month program called Applied Instructional Design Academy. It is earned after completing the ID Fundamentals, Rise, Storyline, eLearning Development, and Instructional Design Process badges. Earners complete 400+ lessons, receive extensive coaching, and complete a rigorous set of learning activities with practice, feedback, multiple revisions, and the completion of simulated client projects. Earners create a portfolio that must pass certain criteria.
Design Process
My process is grounded in clarity, collaboration, and continuous improvement:
Understand the Need: I begin by clarifying the problem, audience needs, and performance goals. This helps ensure every design choice is purposeful and aligned with real‑world outcomes.
Shape the Experience: I map out the learning experience through storyboards, scripts, and interaction plans. At this stage, I focus on accessibility, visual consistency, and reducing cognitive load.
Build With Care: I develop clean, intuitive materials using tools like Storyline, Rise, and Canva. I refine narration, captions, and visuals to ensure everything feels cohesive and learner‑friendly.
Deliver Smoothly: I prepare final materials for LMS upload and ensure the experience works seamlessly from the learner’s perspective.
Reflect & Improve: I review feedback and performance data to identify what worked well and what can be strengthened. Iteration is a natural part of my process.
