Problem: Pharmacy technicians work in fast‑paced environments where small mistakes can lead to serious dispensing errors. Many technicians need clearer guidance, practice opportunities, and strategies to improve accuracy and reduce risk.
Solution: I designed an eLearning course that strengthens accuracy through scenario‑based practice, reinforces best practices, and builds confidence in high‑stakes situations.
